Great change from leafy shrubs
Agree with the previous poster about it being very useful in a variety of settings/themes. I prefer the look of it using alpha masking vs. alpa blending as it sharpens it up a bit. Easy to animate for wind motion effect and very low LI--less than 1 LI judging by what can be linked to it.
This bare shrub is an important tool in my landscaping arsenal....
I purchased this shrub some time ago and had plenty opportunity to use it in different landscape designs for myself and for several friends in SL. At first glance you might not think much of it because it is rather transparent, but don't let that worry you. If you wish to make it less transparent just go to your edit window >texture>and then adjust the 'transparent' percentage up or down. If you wish to darken the leaves, then remain in that same edit window, click the color tab and simply slide the arrow on right slightly down until you have the darker green you desire. It is very easy to do. I have all versions of this shrub and find infinite uses for it. From coastal terrain to deserts and tundra, this little shrub has helped me design something more authentic looking. It also looks fantastic in photos and I am glad the prims don't sky rocket when I enlarge it. I can recommend this shrub to you. Get it and see for yourself :)
