Each hut has the following specifications:

Large, versatile beach hut inspired by the lovely, colourful English beach huts seen stretching across the coastline. Comes with optional deck/stairs or ladder. Perfect for creating a row of huts or a cosy hideaway along your coastline or waterfront

Menu-driven texture options include:
*3 roof colours (slate, brown or green)
* with 3 outer wall texture options. (brightly coloured striped siding or plain )

* 4 architectural styles styles: included: standalone no deck (not shown), with deck & stairs, with deck & climb-up ladder, with deck

* designed to optional integrate with our Waterfront Dock and Pier modular set (sold separately)

* opening/closing doors & lower windows - doors can be left open, for that nice open summer day feel!
Optional access setting for owner, so doors can be "locked"

* wall sign with 9 different names, blank texture included so you can customise the name sign

* land impact between 20-38 - depending on which version you rez

* copy/mod - scripts no mod

* original mesh with materials enabled
