THE COTTAGE is just superb. Loads of space over 2 levels but very cosy and comfortable still.
The cottage is 153LI (124LI if you unlink the snow and lights , so you may want to be sure the windows are set to 'normal' in the options and not 'frosty' as the menu for the roof/windows/lights will no longer work)

COTTAGE ADDITIONAL OPTIONS

Touch the main ROOF for the options menu
Snow or No Snow Options:
Menu options are:
* Roof - choose from snow or no snow on the rooftops
* Windows - choose from normal to frosty windows
* Lights Options - choose from white, colours or red-green outside lights or no lights at all
*ACCESS - this button changes who has the permission to use this options menu - choices are owner only, group - the land group the cottage is rezzed in or public/everyone.
(note this only changes access for the options above NOT door or fireplace, those menus are accessed separately, see below).

DOOR SECURITY

The doors open and close on touch.
1. There is a Security plugin script inside the cottage root prim, for those who wish to restrict who can use the door.

FIREPLACE/CHIMNEY SMOKE
-------------------------------------------
To use the fire menu, touch the logs. This menu lets you control a number of options, including sound and smoke effects; you can also control who can access the menu.
Chimney Smoke on / Smoke off
These options enable or disable the chimney smoke effect..
Sound on / Sound off
These options play or mute the sound effect.
Sound - / Sound +
When the sound effect is turned on, these options decrease or increase the volume.
Owner / Group / All
These options control who can access the menu.
