1. The cottage is 153LI (124LI if you unlink the snow and lights), 5 rooms, unfurnished. Permissions are trans/mod (scripts are all no mod)
2. Touch the main ROOF for the options menu - Snow or No Snow Options
Menu options are:
* Roof - choose from snow or no snow on the rooftops
* Windows - choose from normal to frosty windows
* Outside String Lights Options - choose from white, multi-coloured or red-green outside lights or no lights at all
3. Door security (owner can lock doors and create an access list)
4. Built in working fireplace with chimney smoke, menu driven
5. Built in woodstore (at the rear of the house)
