this is a old school plains windmill with a rotating turbine blade. if you were to place a box around it at this size it would measure 4 x 4 x 10. at this size it is 8 land impact. being copy mod you can change texture and size if you wish.with a little scripting knowledge you could change the rotation speed of the turbine. any questions feel free to ask.
