This wasn't a bad product, especially for the price. I have bought several sculpt maps from the creator and look to her first for my sculpt needs due to the low prices.
You do have to make the fence phantom to get up to it due to a large bounding box. I am not a sculptor so do not know if this can be remedied easily. Like the other reviewer said, you can make the fence phantom and add an invisiprim if you have enough prims on your land. Also, it takes a bit of work to get the textures right...it did not come with instructions and the included model does not show any texture setting...but it does take a regular texture. Try horizontal 1.00 and vertical 64.00, or flip them.
Also, the you pretty much have to maintain the size of 5.5 to 8 meters in length, anything over that size and the doesn't look well. Is not really made for the new prim size.
It's alright.
The actual design of it is good but you can't get close to the sculpt at all. you can easily fix by placing an invisprim around it and making the fence phantom.
