Yard parking floor texture

First delivery was empty folder, thankfully the second worked
This might be an ok texture for small areas, but in larger becomes blurry despite what LOD or what scale I gave it

which means i cannot sell any of my builds with it. it was bought for me as a gift, so i didnt know
