If there is a problem with my product that I indirectly caused and can correct, I will do so, or issue a refund in EXCEPTIONAL cases.
I will not issue refunds based on glitches, hiccups, defects under the control, or negligence, of Linden Labs, Second Life or any of their corporate affiliates.
