All Saikou items are created "Copy, Modify, No Transfer". Therefore refunding or exchanging is not possible. I encourage you to try the free demo first and be careful before you purchase.
If you buy the same item (color/type) twice by mistake, please send a notecard to "Radiance Snowpaw" in-world with your full name along with the transaction details.
