If you are unhappy with something I've made, please let me know via notecard before rating it. Generally, if an item is mod/transfer and we can't fix your problem, I will refund your money if you return the item to me. Copyable items are not refundable however if you are unhappy with it, please let me know. There may be other things we can do.
