♦ Gacha items are No Copy, Transfer.
♦ Please make sure you are online, not in busy or away mode when purchasing. Being marked as away or busy can block your delivery.
♦ I can not replace lost gacha items, as they are no copy.
♦ I can not do re-deliveries on gacha items.
♦ I do not refund.
