For all custom build we contract for, half of the money is due up front with NO REFUND. We will sit down draw out what you are looking for and what you expect, if any changes needs to be made prior to the build being finished then we will add apporiate excess fee to the negoiated price. If the build is finised and you would like to change the build then a new contract will be signed and as before
