Purchase and return policy:
Our products are eligible for a refund under the following conditions:- Duplicate purchase. If a product was bought twice on the same account, you are eligible to have one copy refunded. For this, we need to see two purchases of the same product in your Caspervend purchase records, which includes marketplace purchases.
