1. All Sales are final.
2. All items are NO Transfer.
3. NO REFUNDS (except double purchased items).
4. For not received items, please send a notecard (including avatar name and transaction history).
5. We do not change item permissions.
6. We do not accept custom work or personal requests (any suggestion on new creations are always welcome :D)
