Worth the cost
Great looking and versatile building.
good but costly
this store really has the most realistic nautical facilities . went with this boathouse as a landing building for my boats pier as it seem more welcoming and introductory from the built style compared to other rather residential style. However the interior texture seem kinda odd for some parts and seems off with the rest higher quality texture. There is also some texturing glitch. All these can be fixed but i was expecting more for the price paid. The pier 11 that i purchased to pair with this boathouse is however top notch.
