In this case, HIGH refers to the heel height and not the size of the foot.

Beautiful shoe and shade
I am in love with this shoe and have already bought a few shades and will continue to shop with this designer, the shoe has very high realistic details, i look forward in trying some of your other styles and am very happy with what i have bought from you so far =)
