huge disappointment
1. not full perm, acutally somehow no perm
2. the balloons fly off in a way if you dont own a full sim you will get complaints on you
3. no way to controll the blaloons as they fly off faster than you can enjoy them
4. the rezzings much too higher for the rezzer
so yeah in conclusion if you dont mind its not full perm and have no controll over the ballons or if you own the whole dang sim. but besides that its a mess.

I had bought this generator about a year ago and needed another one. I was so happy that this was still available! The balloons are beautiful as they slowly flow from the emitter. They lend a happy festive touch to any party.
