Be advised that this will come to you with NO packing to open. Once it has arrived to your received folders simply drag and drop to your home / land.

Keep in mind the animated / scripted door is NOT linked to the stall to be sure to grab it all before fully moving it to your desired area. However, if you do move it by accident don't worry just rez another one because it is COPY.
