In the past, I've pruchased many items from this vendor. Just recently a mistake was made that other vendors also occasionally make by forgeting to include their work in the package. Ms. Stoop reead my critique and immediately rectified the problem cherrfully and graciously. I only wish every vendor exhibited the same care for their customers as Isabella does.
