Vintage weathered Cafe sign with flickering letter.
Base and post are separate and can be removed if desired.
Highly realistic textures.

8 LI on rez but be wary that size goes up if you resize larger
It's copy/mod so you can adjust colors although I recommend making a copy first.
I've added a flicker script to one of the letters, that will give it a sketchy feel!
