Great product but
Completely absent customer service. I sent two note cards asking a very simple question regarding the ability to remove the lip gloss that comes on the skin. This was a simple yes or no question and the creator doesn't see fit to respond. Shame. I may be one unneeded customer but I place high value on customer service when I spend my money
