Emily Victorian Beach House(126LI, 21x19)

Emily Victorian Beach House is a small 2-bedroom home.

It has a partitioned kitchen and dining and a living area with bay windows and a double-door that leads to the open deck and pergola. Upstairs, one of the bedroom has a bay window while the other has a double-door with a small balcony overlooking the deck.

The house is 126 land impact and sits on a 21x19 base area. I have included optional landscaping which is 52 land impact. They are copy, mod, partial mesh and no transfer. Some scripts are no mod.
