The tower gets its name from the family who built it. It's an upgrade from the Valentines Tower. Its compact footprint (12x22) allows it to be put in very small parcels, though 512sqm or bigger land is recommended.

Mod Happy
The textures are nice, but I updated it to something a little more modern with the right textures.
Thanks to the ability to mod, I was even able to take the two rooms on the third floor and turn it into one with double doors to the little balcony.
