☽☆☾ Witches Cottage

This old, gnarled treewood Cottage is the typical home of a witch doing her mysterious stuff.
She picks wild berries, adds them to the cauldron and stirs a substance, which looks very poisoned...

The package Includes:

• Cottage, with bare trees and overgrown Ivy

• Ground with various Herbs (shrubs)

• Cauldron with Firepit (flames on/off)

• Lanterns (lightglow on/off)

• Salem witch (scarecrow)

• The cauldron contains a gardening- and two cauldron poses, with berrie- and cauldron spoon attachments. (two avatars can be seated)

You can adjust sit position (height, etc) by menu. (works also for visitors)

The sit system is based on open source (AVsitter). I left it completely accessible, you can even add your own poses if you like.

Cottage (inside space) is ca 10x8m
Ground is ca 17x17m

Cottage as is: 16 LI
With ground and Items all together ca: 25 LI

Can be sized smaller or larger.
Increases LI in larger size
