PNG arrive as greyscale. You MUST convert to RGB in order to color. Use layers to paint UNDER main line art.
It is easier is you make a mistake!

For tattoo creation:

RESAMPLE (resize) IN INCREMENTS TO KEEP
THE JAGGIES AT BAY! You must maintain aspect ratio.
Resize THEN apply to your body template.
I find using 75% works well but feel free to experiment.
