This is a menu driven vanity.
It comes in 3 versions. Low Prim has a land impact of 2 for the vanity. It has a solid faux drawer front. The versions with open and close drawers has a land impact of 6. One version has empty drawers, the other has drawers that when opened have make-up items in them, but when closed the items vanish so they don't use prims. The mirrors are either 1 or 2 land impact and the stools are all 2 prims.
You must pick a mirror and stool from the menu before you pick the colors for them. There are 46 textures options each for the vanity, drawers, stool and mirror frame and 15 colors for the stool cushion. You can also change the shine level of the mirror glass from 4 options.
When your changing the textures you may want to rez the color swatch. It will pre-load the textures for you, so that they show up fast as you try different textures. You don't have to use it though and you can remove it once you have picked you colors.
