*NOTE*
This build works with land that allows land editing (Lower the land to place pool). Works with SL water but can also use prim water or other (for advanced builders).

The ladder is scripted. Easy to climb out. The build is also Modify so that you can change the size and textures (Please make a copy before modifying).

Changing size may increase land impact
