Cool free Full Perm Buoy that bobs in the water. You can make it bob a little more by increasing float inc a little. I have mine set float inc = 0.02.

Just what I was looking for.
Perfect way to mark the corner of my parcel in a shared water way. Changed the settings to have it bobbing up and down.
