Ended up looking good after a LOT of effort
It's adorable, and they fit beautifully, espcially on tweeneedoo. If you just want to color the leggings and not apply a patterned texture, or add wrinkles, they are great. But if you want to add a texture, be aware that the UV unwrap distorts patterns. I ended up going with a plain cotton texture, that I had to angle on each leg to make work. If that's all you want, they are great. If you want to put a patterned texture on them, look elsewhere.
