Could be worse
It is a decent shoe for the price, you could definitely do worse. The base skin tone allows for easy skin tone adjustment with additional coloring. The toe nail polish is a bit weird looking, but you can change the color to any on the scale (no French manicure though). My only problem is the back of the foot is lighter than the rest of the foot (which is realistic, but not in SL) so your feet look weird next to your leg.
