great customer service
when i bought the texture it was not full perm as stated .but after contacting the creator they quickly corrected the problem and sent me a full perm copy .

This is supposed to be full perm and I got a folder with nothing in it
I was supposed to get a full perm item and got and empty folder with nothing in it. I just wasted my lindens on something I should have had delivered! Please make this right and I will retract my complaint.
