[JV] Portable Builder's Platform (BOXED) Version 1.0

I made this for myself since I got tired of having to create a platform in the sky to work on when visiting a sandbox. I just wanted to sit on something and let it handle the rest with the press of a button.

I also like to be flexible with features so added various options.

* Self-deletes if abandoned for too long or if you decide to change altitude.
* Can make platforms permanent if you wanted to use as a platform positioner.
* Save your preferred size and altitude for one-button set up.
* Turn auto rez of platform, on or off
* Saves your settings in case you need to reset scripts for some reason.
* Only owner can operate.
* If you tend to fall off platforms or get lost inside builds, you can stay "seated" on the controller to lock you in place and use your cam to navigate your build.

Free updates for life as usual.

This is a no-frills utility that gets the job done.
