It is really easy to use.

Simply click the HUD and select PUSH-UPS to start the training. Now you need to tap faster on the "BACKWARD ARROW" key of your keyboard ↓

At the beginning it's pretty difficult, but more you train, stronger you get !

You can save your stats and reset.
