RE Small Corner Saloon - Gray Plank - Old West/Western Corner Building

This is a smaller sized Old West or Western style saloon, with 2 stories. It has a full boardwalk on the bottom floor and full balcony off the second floor. Though it is smaller over all, there is still room for a bar and tables, with more up stairs. Could also have an office or gaming room upstairs.

This building features custom textures, but is Mod so they can be changed. It also has custom sculpts, to help save on the prim count, but add more detail.

It has a 16 x 16 footprint including the porches, the main building is 12 x 12, with 4m wide sidewalks.

Handy for old west & ghost towns or any place a worn building is needed. This building could also be used for shop space, mercantile or even in haunted and abandoned places.
