Russel Shore Cottage is a quaint little cottage with red sidings and a 3-dormer attic.
It has a separate living area and a kitchen/dining area with their own doors. The attic is open-spaced and can be used as a bedroom.
It is 78 land impact and 15x12. It is copy, mod, no transfer and partial mesh. It is UNFURNISHED.
