This was my first ever build in Second Life. After giving it a little face-lift I was feeling a little nostalgic about it. As such I decided to offer it up free to all. It's perhaps a little prim intensive for what it is, but I like details.

Fits easy in a small space
Loved it.
I loved this little shack. It was almost perfect for my land. The textures and build were great, esp for the price. It fit perfectly with the forest theme me and my partner wanted, better so then any other house we looked out that was 100+. My only real complaint is it was a bit high on prim count for such a small thing, but that's a miniscule complaint. It wasn't 100 or even 50. something like 28. Other then that, it was great.
It is Modify, but not Copy
I was able to change the size with no problem, but was not able to copy. I suspect some textures may have been used that weren't full perm, but that's a guess on my part. I would suggest the builder create an alt and use it to see how products react to a buyer that isn't in the builders group. Just a suggestion.
I bought it to sit on a dock and look rustic. It does what I bought it for. I'm happy. I would buy from this seller again.

looks good but...
ok so it looks great and its free, but it says copy/mod and its not... if this was actually what it states in the advertisement I would give it 5 stars and even look into purchasing stuff you make in the future but as of now If I cant trust your free stuff, how can I trust your non-freebies...
it's nice but...
it's no copy no mod no trans once you drop it. I wanted to make it bigger!
