Slip-and-Fall Animation -- Forwards

A free, full-perms gift to a world that has given me much enjoyment and meaning.

The avatar walks / continues walking, steps on a slippery spot with the left foot, loses traction when the right leg begins to move forwards, tumbles forwards (possibly injuring the head or right arm), then comes to rest face-down, remaining down until the animation is stopped.
