~Spooked~ Snakebit (poofNgroovy)
This is an attachable particle effect. It will not cause lag - low load and very smooth. It can be rezzed and used inworld, as well. Clicking the prim will change the color of the effect. You can use your inventory to find the effect that is attached, right click it and choose "touch" to change the color.
