This Table and chairs was made for the KD ~ Victorian Pub on Lake Forest District. Some sculpties prims give to the chair an incredible look.
The Black one includes a male sit animation and the red one a female animation.

Good quality but...
The only issue I have is that the table is too big and isn't modifiable to be able to shrink it down. The quality of the build is good but I cannot use it.
This is NOT a 12prim set
In the prim count 12 is referring to 1 stool. both stools and table are 34 prim. They look nice and I have no issues with that, but 3 sets will use 102 prim! If you have the avalible prim ( I don't) then I do love the style and price, but the prim count listed is WRONG.
