This full permissions script will allow for you to change.
1. The timer to change texture
2. The side to show the textures on. (Use 'ALL_SIDES' to display on all sides).
Simply add your textures to the prim with this script and allow the timer to change the texture OR simply click the prim to change the texture.

What if I want to have the texture switch on two or more specific sides?
it looks like I can switch only on 1 or ALL sides.
Writing two lines of instructions in a notecard cannot kill you.
