this beach house is furnished. it has 2 bedrooms, a bathroom, living room dining room and laundry room. comes with everything you see pictured. the table seat 6. there is 3 beds. the bathroom has a bath rub, sink with lights and candle, urinal and a bidet. each bedroom has night stands and lamps that work with touch. the beds and the couch are mod so you can insert animations if you like they do not include them at this time. everything is mod and copy but no trans except the scripts are only copy.
