Not too bad
Some of the artwork leaves a bit to be desired, but the building is about as authentic as you want a chippy to be. The door script doesn't work so only the owner can get in, but the script is editable so you can fix that with rudimentary scripting knowledge.

No copy stuff and the doors dont work for others,
Nothing special
There's nothing special about this. The design is nice but everything is cheap. Not worth the price if you ask me. Not to mention there is a non copy item inside the building which is the main feature of the building. Once you rez, the frying station is a non copy item and you cannot de-rez. It deletes the object. Who the hell puts a no copy item in a rezzer with a de-rezer?? Stupid!
