Tokuno Wind Bird can work in 2 manners :

-Shoulder pet-
Wear the Tokuno Wind bird to your inventory, it will appear on your shoulder.
Click it for make it sing.
-Garden Pet-
Rez the Tokuno Wind Bird in your garden.It will jump randomly around, singing.
Dont worry you cant loose your bird, it will never go far to it's rez-point.
Cliking it an attachment menu will appear, if you choose yes, the bird will come on your shoulder.
