A set of two scripts. One to be placed in an object you wish to have move up and down and another you put into a remote object that when touched will give a menu with a selection of movements to choose from. This will change the "Z" parameter under position settings in objects about .5 meters per move.

Works Perfect
This script is just what I needed for a project I have been working on, have tried many scripts but first one that did the job and did it right! Keep in mind that the script sets primary prim to 0.0.0 rotation that's what made it perfect it does not mess with my build.

Good Script but not quite what I was looking for
The script works great and is easy to use but this actually repositions a prim, I was looking for one that would resize a prim. I was looking for one to make a set of mini-blinds for my home. I also noticed that no matter how I turned the prim as soon as I hit one of the options on the remote it would turn it back around. I don't know if this was an error on my part or what, but its something I noticed.
