Make sure you do NOT rez on mesh. If you do & the item does not show then try a relog. Often a relog will return the item to your inventory.
Make sure you are online & not in Busy or Away mode. Being marked Away or Busy can block your delivery.
Your item will be delivered straight to your "Received Items" folder.
Be sure to rez in a location you are allowed to & have the correct tag on as well.
Take care when rezzing any NO COPY items.
Please double check what you are buying before you pay. All items are double checked before posted to Market.
Do not buy as a gift, this item is transferable - No Copy.
