If something you like exists without full perms.. feel free to ask if I would be willing to offer you a copy of the item with full permissions active! There might just be a small fee asked to be paid on but the granting of permissions.

You can't really ask for a refund/return of an item.. I mean if it is bought how do I know you don't have a copy of it laying around?
I will try to fix whatever is wrong with the item if it is shown and proven to have a defect.
Lost your item? Simply note card me evidence of your item being purchased and I shall grant you a definite resend.
