- We DO offer 1:1 exchangeIf your item is somehow broken, we will exchange it for a working version for as long as we support the item. Which in our case is measured in years. If a working version is somehow unavailable, we will gladly exchange for an item of equal value if possible. This is only available for items with TRANSFER permissions.
