1). All purchases are final. No refunds will be granted unless you've purchased the same item twice.
2). Rarely an item will be updated or tweaked. I cannot offer you that updated item if you purchased it off the marketplace prior to the update. Marketplace only keeps transaction records for 30 days therefore i won't be able to see your proof of purchase. I recommend shopping inworld with us.
