3 of the grass textures are seamless between them,you may join 2 or 3 textures (those are specified with letters like groun1a ground1b)
many wild grass that are perfect for forests,jungle,or a land that dont need a lawn grass(i use one of them mixed with sand in my sim and the result is really cool!actually i made some of them when was building my new place and couldnt find what i needed)
some dark rocks that also can be used for reefs

Really, the textures are great. I'm very pleased with how they look on my sim. However, there are a TON of textures in the pack. I think the only thing that would have made it better would be seperating it into a few themed packs, since a person's only likely to use a handful of all these textures.

If you need a big verity of different kinds of high quality terrain textures for a good price, this is it. Sometimes when you zoom out some textures may look slightly tiley, but it's barely noticeable especially when you're zoomed on your avatar. This is great for my sky platform and gives me different options for the different seasons. Love them.
