I recently downsized to a cheaper rental with a handful of prims, and I needed this desperately. It's simple, but what I needed.

Amazing texturing! For anyone looking for a simple kitchenette to fluff out a build, this will certainly work well. Worth every L$ and possibly a few more. The only drawback for me was the permissions, as I tend to be a person who likes to modify things to the point it gets ruined, and no copy puts a damper on that.
